WALL X and Liang Kaien pioneer Heal-to-Earn (H2E) in Asia’s Web3 mental health revolution

In a groundbreaking collaboration, Asian Web3 incubator WALL X and digital artist Liang Kaien have launched Heal-to-Earn (H2E), a first-of-its-kind model that rewards users for engaging in mental health exercises onchain. By gamifying wellness activities—such as guided meditation, journaling, and peer support sessions—participants earn H2E tokens which can be exchanged for therapy credits, NFTs, or staked for governance rights.
The core platform leverages zero-knowledge proofs to verify completed wellness tasks while preserving user privacy. Since its soft launch in Tokyo this May, over 10,000 users have completed at least one activity, minting more than 25,000 unique “Wellness Badge” NFTs illustrated by Liang Kaien. These badges serve both as proof of participation and as access keys to exclusive community events and workshops.
WALL X’s CEO highlights that H2E addresses a growing demand for accessible mental health resources in Asia. Token rewards are dynamically adjusted based on task difficulty and user consistency—encouraging sustained engagement. Early metrics show a 40% month-over-month increase in active users and a thriving secondary market for Wellness Badges.
Analysts note that this model could redefine how value is created in the Web3 space, shifting the focus from pure speculation to positive social impact. Upcoming integrations with regional health providers and DAO-governed grant pools aim to funnel H2E tokens into subsidized counseling for underprivileged communities. If successful, Heal-to-Earn could set a new standard for utility-driven token economies in the mental wellness sector.
